About the 2023 Weitzman Symposium

The Symposium provides a unique opportunity for our audience of over 1,000 healthcare professionals to hear from some of the nation’s top thought leaders, researchers, clinicians, and entrepreneurs who are leading efforts in Weitzman’s key priority areas: Social Determinants of Health, Health Systems Transformation, and Workforce Development. This year’s Symposium theme, “Tackling Old Problems with New Solutions in Primary Care,” recognizes that pressing issues that have recently garnered increasing attention, including mental health, community violence and trauma, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and big data, are longstanding, wicked challenges that require trans-disciplinary, patient- and community-affirming approaches to drive positive and sustainable change. Sponsor grants Moses/Weitzman Health System (MWHS) and Weitzman Institute (WI) the right to use Sponsor's trade names, logo designs, trademarks, and company descriptions as prepared and delivered to MWHS by Sponsor (Sponsor Materials). MWHS may use Sponsor Materials in any medium of advertising, promotional products, or marketing materials distributed solely in connection with the Event and consistent with Sponsor's trademark usage guidelines.

MWHS/WI’s name and logo are registered trademarks with standards governing their use. Sponsor’s use of MWHS/WI’s name or logo in conjunction with the Event requires prior written permission from MWHS/WI, which may be provided via email.

3. After submitting your payment, select the "Take Course Now" link. You will then be given the opportunity to upload your organization's logo and description for appropriate acknowledgement.
